Returns and Refunds

If you have selected shipping insurance and your print is damaged when it arrives please contact us immediately to arrange a reprint. You must notify us of the problem and provide photographic evidence within 7 days of your print being delivered to receive a full replacement.

If there is another problem with your print, which is our fault, please contact us within 7 days and we will replace it for you at no cost.

Please place your order carefully and read the description of our product. If you are not happy with it through no fault of ours then we cannot provide you with a refund or replacement as this is a custom created product.

We cannot guarantee colour on any of our prints. We run a fully colour calibrated workflow system and will print your file with the greatest accuracy that technology will allow. However please note that your print may vary from what you see on the screen or if you have had it printed elsewhere. For this reason we cannot provide any guarantee on colour.
