What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Our cancellation and refund policy is very simple. If you don't like our products, you can either return it and get your money back, or exchange your canvas print for another one.
You get the full amount of money back if you cancel before we print anything, or if you are not satisfied with your canvas print due to damage or a printing error.
You are entitled to your full amount of money back LESS the shipping cost if you are not satisfied with our products for any other reason. The shipping cost is the fee for sending your canvas prints back to us, or the fee for delivering a new canvas print in the case that you choose to have your print exchanged.
