How does the Worry-free Guarantee work?
It's simple: If you don't like it, return it and either get your money back or another canvas. No strings attached!
If a canvas needs to be returned because of a problem our end (product fault), we'll refund the total order price, including delivery charges. If we are sending out another canvas instead of providing a refund, we'll also pay for the shipping of the replacement canvas.
On the other hand, if you're are just not happy with the result through no fault of ours, then you'll need to pay for the return of the canvas and we'll refund the total cost less the delivery charges. If we are sending out another canvas instead of providing a refund, you'll need to pay for the re-delivery cost.
We highly recommend selecting delivery insurance when placing an order as it's a small fee and means if your order is lost / damaged we can simply re-print and re-send straight away.
And remember, the colour reproduction will be as accurate as the technology allows - but can't be guaranteed.
To use the Worry-free Guarantee, you need to contact us as soon as you become aware of a problem and give us acceptable time to solve the problem. Lodging Paypal disputes, or VISA / Mastercard chargebacks will void any guarantee we offer you. A $50 administration fee will apply to respond to Paypal disputes or VISA / Mastercard chargeback requests, and we may charge your card again for the value of the order.
