How do I get my images to you? What file types do you accept?
To send your images to us, simply use our online ordering system and upload your photo when prompted. Attach your photographs with the order, and we'll take care of the rest!
There are two things you should make sure of before sending pictures to us:

Your image must be JPG file format.
To check this: right-click on the picture and select 'Get Info' (on a Mac) or 'Properties' (on a PC). Next to 'Kind' or 'Type' it will list the file type. Here it should say 'JPG' or 'JPEG'.

We recommend an image DPI of at least 100.

Is there a minimum and maximum file size that you can accept?
There's no minimum size required for your digital photo files. However we recommend a minimum image DPI of 100. Read more information here: How big can my image be printed?
However, there is a maximum file size.
Since we receive so many requests and orders, our current uploading system only allows up to 50MB to be uploaded at once. If you wish to transfer files that are larger than 50MB, please feel free to send them to us using sendspace.com (our new favourite file sharing site), yousendit.com; or send us a CD with your images on it.
